These Terms of Service set out the basis on which Tiny Deamon Works (“we”, “us”) provides design, development and related digital services. By working with us or using this website, you agree to these terms.
We provide services such as web development, custom software development, mobile app development, e-commerce development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, data analysis & business intelligence, and cloud, automation & maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for any project are agreed in writing before work begins.
To keep a project on track, you agree to provide the content, access and timely feedback we need. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline.
Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional changes or work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you once payment is complete. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Any support or maintenance after launch is provided under a separate agreed plan. We are not responsible for issues caused by changes made by others after handover.
We take great care in our work, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
